We are looking for a senior Consumer Data Strategy Lead to architect the future of our data capabilities. This is an exploratory, high-impact role designed to build the foundation for one of our business units.
You will not just be executing campaigns, you will be shaping the vision, establishing frameworks, and defining the capability roadmap before we appoint a permanent leader.
What You Will Do:
* Define the Strategy: Design how consumer data is leveraged across the marketing funnel, moving beyond media buying to true data activation.
* Build the Frameworks: Assess current capabilities and design the "playbook" for CRM, CDP utilization, and audience management.
* Drive Activation: Work cross-functionally to activate data across media, campaign performance, and personalization engines.
* Scale for Europe: Collaborate with our Zurich-based marketing leadership to design scalable data practices that can be rolled out across European markets.
Who You Are :
You are a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where the path isn't fully defined yet.
* Deep 1P Data Expertise: Have proven experience with CRM, CDPs (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, mParticle), and Segmentation Models. Understand the difference between buying media and orchestrating a consumer journey.
* Industry Veteran: You come from FMCG/CPG (strongly preferred) or adjacent data-mature industries (Retail, Banking, Telco, Travel) handling mass consumer datasets.
* Tech-Savvy: You are fluent in the language of MarTech, you know how to integrate data frameworks into actionable marketing strategies.
* Global Mindset: Experience managing stakeholders at an executive level and working with cross-market teams.
* Languages: English is mandatory (Oral/Written).
