* Analyze customer needs and develop innovative technological solutions using industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
* Familiarity with core networks in telecommunications and 5G technology, including Diameter and SS7 protocols.
* Advanced problem-solving skills in Linux, with ability to create scripts and automate processes.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes/Containers and experience with containerized applications.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the support ticket management lifecycle, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
