We are currently seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Branch Manager for a new office to be implemented in Porto within the Asset Management sector.

Our client is a multinational organization within the Asset Management industry.
Description
* Recruitment:
o Participate actively in the recruitment of the operational teams (risk & compliance officers, valuation officers, client relationship managers, IT developers, accounting officers, etc.), and, when necessary, the recruitment of the HR.
o You will identify new job opportunities at Porto and will be involved in their recruitment.
o The team is expected to grow up to 50 FTEs by 2027.
* Office & Administrative:
o You will be in charge of ensuring the Porto's entity is at any time compliant with all regulations and requirements such as labour law, health and safety, office security, insurances.
* Management:
o You will set up the organization of the different Teams, in coordination with managers based in Luxembourg.
* Operations: You will define and monitor closely the KPIs according to the right level of services provided.
* You will be in charge of the relationship with the entities you provide services, primarily the Luxembourg entity.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the Financial Services industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines (ideal, not mandatory).
* Ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
