Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate projects with interdisciplinary teams;
* Manage communication projects in the healthcare sector;
* Oversee UX/UI design teams;
* Plan and manage communication campaigns;
* Act as a liaison between development and business teams, ensuring alignment of requirements, priorities and project goals.
Requirements:
* Degree in Management or Marketing;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT environment;
* At least 2 years of experience in project and communication management;
* Experience managing UX/UI teams and communication campaigns;
* Experience with Confluence or Notion;
* At least 1 year of experience using Figma;
* Certification in digital communication is a plus;
* Experience in healthcare communication and brand management will be valued.
