We are looking for a
Community Manager
to grow and engage our VR gaming communities across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for building an active player base, shaping communication strategy, and turning community insights into actionable product feedback.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Grow, engage, and manage the community around our VR gaming projects.
Own and operate all social media channels (Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others).
Develop and execute a social media and community strategy, including a flexible content calendar.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content together with the marketing and development teams (posts, visuals, videos, guides, streams, tutorials).
Monitor community sentiment, collect feedback, and communicate insights to product and development teams.
Track, analyze, and report on key community and social media metrics; propose data-driven improvements.
Stay up to date with gaming trends, internet culture, memes, and platform-specific formats.
Organize and support community events, activations, and live engagements.
Manage game ratings and review channels, ensuring active reputation tracking and response handling.
Support and grow influencer / creator programs to increase reach and engagement.
Continuously evaluate performance metrics and iterate on community strategies based on results.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2+ years of experience in social media management and community building within the gaming industry.
Hands-on experience with community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Strong understanding of internet culture, gaming trends, and ability to adapt them into content strategy.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar) for tracking and reporting performance.
Experience in crisis communication and PR-sensitive situations.
Proven portfolio demonstrating community management experience and results.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Nice to have:
Comfort appearing on camera for livestreams or video content.
Experience working with influencers or creator programs.
Familiarity with VR gaming and immersive technologies.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Basic design or video editing skills.
Understanding of creator economy, influencer motivation, and gaming content ecosystems.
Awareness of cultural nuances, especially in North American gaming audiences.

Good time management, including estimation and deadline tracking.
Ability to clearly define tasks and communicate actionable feedback to artists, designers, and other team members.
Strong ability to summarise and structure information effectively.
