Job Opportunity: Telemarketing Sales Lead
The MetLife Portugal direct marketing department oversees the promotion and distribution of insurance products through third-party providers conducting outbound calls to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned sales campaigns to meet or exceed objectives.
* Identify causes of deviations and propose action plans.
* Monitor campaign results and agent performance, providing feedback.
* Report on campaign deviations and improvement actions.
* Provide monthly estimates of sales, contacts, and ANP for campaigns.
* Participate in campaign launches and collaborate with other company areas.
* Implement an incentive system for agents and monitor its impact on service quality.
* Tutor sponsors' visits to platforms.
* Submit customer segments, modeling proposals, and testing.
* Control dialing systems.
Requirements:
* Direct experience in outbound and inbound sales services.
* Experience managing teams and commercial services.
* Analytical skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
* Results orientation and continuous improvement.
* Excel knowledge.
