The Role We are looking for a Tech Talent to work as a Records Management Office Controller on an international project. Your Day to Day Maintain and update RMO policy, procedures and retention schedule Support the automation of manual processing of regulatory and non-regulatory records Oversight of day-to-day BAU operations within RMO Engage and contribute in various RMO projects work such as control framework, RK improvements, annual recertification process etc Assist in the transformation of the firm's records management processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Knowledge of trade lifecycle (pre-trade, post-trade, execution tickets, settlement, booking etc) of at least one asset class Knowledge of industry standards data warehouse technologies Able to analyse transactions at trade level and previous experience in trade reconciliation is beneficial Quick learner and able to extract the required record from wide range of trading applications used in different asset classes Facilitate and lead a collaborative environment, ensuring subject matter experts can work outside the box.
