Qualifications and Skills:
* Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management; 2-4 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping & transportation coordination.
* Knowledge and Abilities: Kaizen / Continuous Improvement, WMS / ERP systems (SAP), data analysis tools (Excel/Sheets, Power BI).
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Leadership Style and Personality: Strong people leader capable of managing, motivating, and developing a large team; excellent communicator able to maintain alignment and consistency in a 24/7 shift environment.
