to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our comprehensive administrative operations. Main resposibilities:

Administrative and Office Management

* General administrative tasks coordination
* Office processes optimization
* Internal and external communications management

Financial and Billing Administration

* Invoice management and approval
* Accounting accruals control
* Billing inquiry resolution
* Expense monitoring and analysis

Procurement and Supplier Management

* Purchase Orders creation and tracking
* Comprehensive supplier administration
* Purchasing process supervision
* Order and acquisition coordination

Document Management

* Procedures circulation and review control
* Proposal development and monitoring
* Document archive maintenance

Organizational Support

* Meeting coordination and follow-up
* Team project support

EHS Administrative Support

* Occupational medical examinations requisition
* Health & Safety documentation administration
* PPE requisition management
* Business Activities Coordination (Coordenação de Atividades Empresariais) management and monitoring

Requirements

● Bachelor Degree (
Licenciatura
) in Finance, Business Administration or related field

● Invoice management, receipt verification, and account reconciliation

● Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

● SAP proficiency

● Portuguese proficiency (essential)

● English proficiency (essential)

● Spanish proficiency (very valuable)
