What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of developers, coordinating tasks and ensuring project alignment.
Develop and adapt software components using Java to meet evolving project requirements.
Refine and plan technical tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
Distribute development activities efficiently across the team.
Ensure the quality and scalability of backend solutions using modern architectural patterns such as microservices.
Monitor system performance using tools like Zabbix or Grafana.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in Java (Java 8/17/21) development.
Solid knowledge of frameworks and technologies: Spring, JEE, JPA.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with application servers like Wildfly.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
Experience with Kafka and authentication tools like Keycloak.
Monitoring experience (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.).
Knowledge of software architecture and microservices design.
Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Fluency in English (reading and writing).
Strong leadership, task management, and communication skills.
