As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the central Quality, Health & Safety and Environment (QHSE) department related to quality non-conformities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle non-conformities reported by sales affiliates, gather data, and direct these towards responsible plants/departments for further investigation.
- Input data regarding non-conformities in SAP.
- Keep SharePoint and SAP database up-to-date and accurate.
- Create purchase requisitions for equipment and services.
- Assist with internal and external ISO audits and follow-up actions.
- Provide information, instructions, procedures, and documents to all departments as needed.
- Motivate internal stakeholders to adhere to internal standards, instructions, and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Resident in Ovar or nearby area.
