Inside Sales
professional for its offices in Matosinhos, Portugal, to support its sales department. Would you like to join the team?
What will your functions be?
• Acquisition of new clients and business development at the office.
• Preparing and presenting sea and air freight offers and quotations.
• Negotiating rates, commercial terms, and contracts.
• Handling commercial incidents and following up on sales.
• Updating the CRM with commercial activities and opportunities.
• Providing assistance and support to Customer Service.
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience as an internal sales professional in a freight forwarder or international logistics company.
• Knowledge of international regulations and Incoterms.
• Intermediate–high level of English - interview will be in English (other languages will be valued).
• Knowledge of export/import processes and international operations.
