As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
* Provide outstanding assistance to users of next-gen social media and smart devices via chat, email, or phone.
* Guide customers in solving technical or account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
* Monitor and report user feedback, bugs, and suggestions to enhance product performance.
* Follow standard procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.
* Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
What You Bring:
* Fluency in Russian and good command of English (B2+).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.
* Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation after the initial training period (starts with morning shifts).
* Availability to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.
