Leveraging an AI Agentic platform, it enables Human and AI agents to collaborate, making compliance simple and strategic business decisions data driven.Job Overview As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work within a small cross‐functional product team. You will lead in‐house development and maintenance of high‐quality software for the Complear platform, covering the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy feature‐rich software using JS/TS, Elixir, React, and Phoenix/LiveView.Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other engineers to produce polished user experiences.Architect and structure new features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with medical‐software standards.Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end‐to‐end tests (BDD/TDD) and practice pair programming to elevate code quality.Mentor and coach peers, grow with the team, and step into leadership or ownership roles as the organization expands.Engage with real users to translate business and regulatory needs into high‐quality software solutions.Continuously learn and explore new technologies to improve the platform and the product‐market fit.Qualifications3+ years of software engineering experience.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Elixir, React, Phoenix/LiveView.Experience building full‐stack applications with clean code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiar with PostgreSQL; bonus for GraphQL or event‐sourcing experience.Solid UI/UX sense and prototype design skills.Comfortable deploying on Linux‐based environments, using Fly.io or similar hosting platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex concepts.Advocate for TDD/BDD and comfortable writing unit and integration tests.Ability to visualize and construct scalable system architectures.Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new technical and domain knowledge.Benefits & Working Conditions Competitive salary, flexible working hours, fully remote work (base in Portugal), opportunity to lead product development, exposure to cutting‐edge medical‐software regulations, and mentorship from a network of experts.Job ID: J-*****-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
