As a precision control systems engineer, you will lead the development of advanced stabilization and motion control technologies for our next-generation platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing real-time control systems, with a strong understanding of classical and modern control theory. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink is essential for system modeling, simulation, and controller design.
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of advanced control algorithms, model electro-mechanical systems, and integrate data from multiple sensors.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced control algorithms for gimbal stabilization, motion control, and target tracking;
* Model electro-mechanical systems and simulate control strategies using tools like MATLAB/Simulink;
* Integrate and fuse data from multiple sensors (IMUs, encoders) to estimate system states;
* Implement advanced motor control techniques including Field Oriented Control (FOC);
* Tune control loops and validate system behavior through lab and field testing;
* Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and software teams to bring robust systems to production;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field;
* 3-5+ years of experience designing and implementing real-time control systems;
* Solid understanding of classical and modern control theory (PID, state-space, observers, filters);
* Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling, simulation, and controller design;
* Experience with Field-Oriented Control (FOC);
* Familiarity with sensors and actuators: IMUs, encoders, torque/current sensors;
* Hands-on experience with tuning control systems for real-world applications.
