In this dual-focus role, you will manage account inquiries and proactively engage with inactive customers to encourage reactivation, ensuring a high-quality journey for Danish users.
Your Responsibilities Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via outbound calls, email, and chat.
Customer Reactivation: Reach out to former or inactive subscribers to understand their needs and win them back.
Subscription Management: Assist with plan changes, delivery updates, and general account maintenance.
Problem Solving: Identify customer concerns and offer tailored solutions to improve their experience.
Retention: Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Requirements Languages: Fluent Danish (C1/C2) and a good level of English .
Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal .
Skills: Strong persuasion and communication skills, especially for outbound calls.
Mindset: Customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working toward performance targets.
Experience: Previous contact center, sales, or support experience is an advantage.
