It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelops and executes the annual sales strategy, in alignment with commercial objectives.
/liliIdentifies and capitalizes on new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialized golf group markets.
/liliAnalyses KPIs and market trends, implementing corrective actions to optimize revenue.
/liliCollaborates with Marketing to design targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital initiatives.
/liliManage relationships with tour operators, DMCs, travel agencies, and other partners.
/liliAttends major industry trade shows, fam trips, and networking events.
/liliNegotiates and implements contracts, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and allotments.
/liliActs as a brand ambassador for the resort in all interactions.
/liliHosts site inspections, fam trips, and VIP guests.
/liliEnsures all proposals, communications, and contracts reflect 5-star standards.
/liliWorks closely with Golf and Hospitality Operations to guarantee a seamless experience for groups and partners.
/liliEnsures rate integrity and correct application of contracted terms.
/liliProactively channels golf demand towards the hotel and serviced apartments, ensuring maximum conversion of golf enquiries into room nights.
/li /ulpbr/ppbKey Qualifications: /b /pulliMinimum 3 years' experience in the golf and hospitality industry (preferred).
/liliExperience in sales, travel trade, resort, or luxury hospitality environments is an advantage.

/liliStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and key accounts.
