Export Operations Specialist
This role plays a pivotal part in Aronlight's expansion into France and Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Entry and Invoicing: Process orders, generate invoices, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
2. Export Operations Excellence: Manage back-end export operations for lighting products to France and Italy, including order processing, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners.
3. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, clients, and local teams in France and Italy, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of export activities, analyze trends, and generate reports to aid decision-making.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline export processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
