The FP&A Manager plays a vital role in supporting business finance teams and other business functions, providing leadership in management reporting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a critical point of contact for regional finance and business leaders, fostering a robust business partnering relationship.
* Use business analytics to drive innovation and identify new models that deliver accurate insights.
* Provide timely FP&A support to regional country & global finance and business leaders.
* Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Regional Finance Heads to implement process improvements and standardization initiatives within the FP&A area.
* Ensure synergies and cross-functional collaboration between Regional Accounting/Controllership Team and processes managed by the regional GBS.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of ManpowerGroup's business model and industry to provide expert guidance.
* Ensure the FP&A function has actionable management reporting to drive a deep understanding of financial and operational performance, including using key performance indicators (KPIs).
