We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team at Boost IT. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning solutions, helping to drive forward complex AI initiatives across different industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced AI and machine learning models, including natural language processing solutions.
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable APIs (RESTful, asynchronous, etc.) for AI solutions.
- Handle large datasets and perform data processing, semantic analysis, and representation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Google Models, DeepL).
- Work with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
- Contribute to production-ready code and maintain clean, maintainable software practices.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience as an engineer (5+ if highest education is a bachelor's degree).
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques: NLP, classification, clustering, optimization, deep neural networks.
- Solid grasp of the mathematical principles behind AI models.
- Experience in Python (OOP). Additional programming languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with data structures, semantic extraction, and NLP.
- Proficiency with tools/libraries like Scikit-learn, SciPy, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Experience with Docker and at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of LLMs and their applications.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with machine translation technologies (e.g., Google Models, DeepL).
- Experience deploying serverless cloud solutions.
- Frontend development knowledge.
- Deep Linux system knowledge and administration.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Prior experience in technology consultancy environments.
