We are Dana Dairy, a leading international supplier of dairy products providing high-quality nutrition and food items to our customers worldwide. We are now actively seeking a proactive, results-driven, and top-achieving International Sales and Key-Accounts Manager to join our team.
The desired candidate will play a critical role in expanding Dana Dairy's market presence and reach globally by developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and new B2B clients worldwide. This role involves driving sales, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with including English fluency, a strong direct sales background of at least 10 years with expertise in international import/export and trade, and a passion for building long-term client partnerships in the global dairy market.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through direct communication and meetings.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets.
* Present and promote Dana Dairy products to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in international sales and trade, preferably in the dairy industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
