Welcome to the SuccessFactors & Integrations Team. We add value by improving HR Services & HR systems. As the Employee Central Core/Time Management Specialist, you'll play a valuable role in the process of digitalization of our Core HR processes & HR systems.

What you'll be doing:
- Be one of technical owners SuccessFactors Employee Central Core & Time Management solutions (EC Core/EC Time Off/EC Time Tracking) for Nordea Asset Management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration changes/scalable solutions in the above mentioned areas for different employment-related processes.
- Drive/Support the maintenance/troubleshooting, review, testing and deployment of changes for business as usual cases in the specified areas.
- Lead/Support the review, testing and deployment procedures for SuccessFactors releases.
- Be the main point of contact for building and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders in the area internally in Nordea (various Group People Representatives mainly).
- Design and deploy EC solutions which are in line with SAP best practices and respect the baseline of our global template set up.
- Drive HRIS IT assigned activities, as well as coordinating project management and internal communication activities if needed once onboarded to the role.
- Take a key team representative role in securing the delivery of sustainable, high quality EC solutions both globally and for country specific needs.
- Ensure updated documentation and proper process governance around EC modules.
The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte).

- Prior experience at driving initiatives end‐to‐end.
- A tech‐savvy person who can work independently even on complex tasks under pressure when achieving independence in the role.
- A positive can‐do attitude, willing to tackle challenges and engage in new tasks.
Your experience and background:
- SuccessFactors EC Core and Time Management solutions and HR process knowledge and prior background at mid to senior level.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects would be considered an asset.
- You are fluent in English.
