Job Role Overview
This role involves delivering exceptional service and support to our users through multiple channels.
As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing expert guidance on our products and services.
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences via phone, email and live chat.
* Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
* Relay customer feedback for product improvements.
* Assess and resolve refund requests in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Develop strong knowledge of our products to provide accurate information and upsell relevant services.
Resolve or escalate customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Key Skills
* Minimum 6 years of experience in customer success or customer experience related roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Native or fluent English level (C1 minimum).
* Experienced user of MS Office and CRM systems.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
