CRM Marketing Officer
for an
international client in the banking sector

Main Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between the Marketing Project Managers in France and local operational teams;
* Ensure the execution, quality, and timely delivery of CRM campaigns;
* Supervise and support the development of CRM assistants;
* Set up campaigns and channels (targeting, integrating communication assets, and offline operations);
* Receive, validate, and send proofs (BAT);
* Make campaign kits available within the CRM tool;
* Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Profile
* Degree in
Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
;
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM
, with
strong expertise in Adobe Campaign
;
* Background in
Marketing and/or E-commerce
;
* Fluency in
English and French (minimum level B2)
;
* Rigorous, organized, communicative, and team-oriented.
