Description Provide on-site technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device issues. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software. Assist with network connectivity issues and ensure proper network functionality. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system. Collaborate with EU central IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required. Profile Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
