NewImage is an operator specializing in luxury expeditions and curated destination experiences across Portugal.

The company designs and operates exclusive all-inclusive programs ranging from 1 to 8 days, combining state-of-the-art 4×4 vehicles with exceptional regional experiences.

With a fleet of more than 40 vehicles — including 23 off-road cars, 8 SSVs, and several support and hospitality units — NewImage delivers journeys that reveal the diversity, culture, and beauty of Portugal through immersive itineraries. Each expedition blends gastronomy, wine, culture, arts, entertainment, adventure, crafts, and nature, allowing travelers to experience the country from an entirely new perspective.

Beyond its expedition portfolio, NewImage also manages bespoke events and corporate experiences, leveraging its premium infrastructure: luxury caravans set in exclusive locations, expandable design containers, competition trucks, and custom-built off-road vehicles — creating truly unique, made-to-measure destination programs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Reservations Management & B2B Relations

2. Receive, confirm, and organize bookings from partner agencies

3. Maintain and continuously update the booking system / CRM
4. Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and experience providers
5. Prepare vouchers, participant lists, and rooming lists
6. Manage changes, cancellations, and booking conditions

7. Operational Logistics

8. Coordinate vehicles, equipment, and inventory

9. Prepare individual and vehicle kits
10. Manage schedules, pick-ups, and transfers
11. Organize operational folders and documentation

12. Support to the Commercial Director & Guide Team

13. Prepare commercial documentation (when required)

14. Support the preparation of fam trips
15. Provide administrative support (contracts, payments, suppliers)

16. Operational Control & Quality Assurance

17. Collect feedback after each expedition

18. Produce operational reports (costs, incidents, timings)
19. Update SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement


Required Skills & Experience

* Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, hospitality, or DMCs
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Ability to multitask and manage operations under pressure
* Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of resilience and autonomy
