* Monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating production events to end users and stakeholders.
* Technical monitoring and control of applications, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
* Developing a deep understanding of database management principles and applying this knowledge to drive data-driven decision making.
* Comprehending ITIL Foundations (Incident, Support, Problem & Changes) and utilizing this knowledge to enhance service delivery and quality.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Experience with SQL Server, PyCharm, Python, PowerBI, Jenkins/Ansible, and other relevant technologies.
