Product Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Responsibilities:
* Manage Software and Vendor Contracts: Oversee the management of third-party software and vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and optimal utilization.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business owners, procurement, finance, legal, security, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination.
* Coordinate EAPs and Research Programs: Manage Early Access Programs (EAPs) and Research Programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
* GDPR Compliance: Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations by maintaining accurate records and handling data deletion processes.
* Requirements:
* Strong Program Management Skills: Proven track record in program management with 5+ years of experience.
* Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to report on, analyze, and interpret data for meaningful business metrics.
* Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across functional teams, both internally and externally.
