This includes tees, hoodies, knits and more elevated statement pieces.This is a fast-paced role where you will work across multiple collections and timelines, collaborating closely with product development and buying teams to deliver consistent, relevant and high-quality product. You will be expected to balance strong creative direction with commercial performance.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop womenswear collections with a focus on tops (tees, hoodies, long sleeves, knits, etc.) - Create a strong mix of graphic-led pieces and more elevated designs across the category - Research trends, subcultures, and competitors to inform product direction - Design and develop strong silhouettes, prints, placements and overall visual direction - Work closely with the graphics team to develop prints, placements and graphic direction - Define fabrics, washes, finishes and treatments suitable for each design - Create technical sketches, specs and detailed tech packs for production - Oversee sampling, fittings and product development to ensure quality and fit - Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the development process - Ensure product is aligned with both creative direction and commercial performanceRequirements- 3+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally within streetwear, Y2K, or alternative fashion - Strong understanding of womenswear and tops categories - Experience working with graphic-led products and print development - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (CLO 3D is a plus) - Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and production processes - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of Minga's aesthetic and customer - Graphic design skills are a strong plusPersonal Attributes- Creative and trend-aware, with a strong eye for detail - Strong sense of product and what works commercially - Collaborative and comfortable working across teams - Proactive, hands-on and able to take ownership of projects - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Passionate about fashion, culture and self-expressionBenefits- Hybrid work arrangements - 50% Employee Discount on Minga products - Social team events and activities - Access to a benefits program with gradual unlocks, including health insurance, free birthday day, and an extra day off per year
