Business Development Representative Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to boost pipeline development.
Main Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs and requirements to identify business opportunities.
* SOURCE SALES OPPORTUNITIES through outbound calling, mailing, and social media outreach.
* Explain and position the benefits of our EHS Connected Worker solutions.
* Qualify inbound leads from marketing and assess their fit and interest.
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
* Maintain and expand the database of prospects in our CRM system.
* Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
* Collaborate with the growth marketing team to enhance outbound automation.
* Partner with channel partners to build a pipeline.
