About the company
A leading company wants to integrate a Procurement Category Manager HVAC (m/f/d).
Your New Role
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure sustainable partnerships
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and performance
Lead category strategy for HVAC-related product groups across multiple European markets
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, technologies, and sourcing opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns
Support cross-functional initiatives, including sustainability projects
Monitor and report on KPIs aligned with procurement strategy and company goals
Act as a strategic partner to regional teams, providing guidance and support in supplier relations
What You'll Need to Succeed
10 years of experience in procurement, category management, or buying roles
Expertise in HVAC products and market dynamics (mandatory)
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional, and international environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
Vocational qualification in wholesale and foreign trade, industry, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
Fluency in English and Spanish
Based in Portugal or Spain, with flexibility to travel frequently across Europe
