Job Description Main Responsibilities Coordination and activation of NiP premises (PRT and LSB), specifically Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club, and GetTogether areas. Planning and execution of themed events, including defining timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs. Overseeing contracts with external service providers (F&B, scenting, sports, merchandising) and monitoring SLAs. Management of the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar. Defining and updating the building's zoning model by teams and functional synergies. Analysis of office occupancy dashboards and preparation of utilization reports. Facilitation of regular committees with internal stakeholders. Monitoring of transversal workplace initiatives. Qualifications Education in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area with Facility Management experience. 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating multi-functional projects or operations. Analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with PM tools. Professional English and French proficiency.
