Job Description:
Work in the Oil & Gas industry acting as an Individual Contributor in Customer Service/Contact Center/Concierge COE. Key responsibilities include:
* Attend customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
* Handle customer requests such as checking product availability, order status, account information, and payments.
* Coordinate with departments like Order Management, Collections, Dispute, and Cash Application to resolve inquiries.
* Adhere to turnaround times and manage queues efficiently.
* Report daily performance and maintain logs.
Requirements
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good listening and comprehension abilities.
* Ability to resolve customer issues effectively on first contact.
* Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Qualifications and Experience
* Graduate/Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
* 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Language Requirements:
o Dutch: Minimum C1 or Native Fluency.
o English: B2 level or higher.
Domain Experience
* Knowledge of O2C processes.
* Experience in Invoice Management, Order Management, Collections, and Dispute Resolution.
* Experience handling customer calls, emails, and helpdesk inquiries.
Technical Skills
* Experience with SAP (including invoicing, contracts, workflows).
