**Business Intelligence Developer Position**
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a senior-level developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex business intelligence solutions using Power BI. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design and develop Power BI models that meet established standards and best practices.
2. Ensure accurate and relevant calculation of essential metrics/KPIs using DAX.
3. Maintain the integrity of reporting infrastructures and models, ensuring top-notch quality and security.
4. Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of BI projects.
5. Identify areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives for process improvement within the BI domain.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry norms, emerging tools, and trends related to Power BI models and broader BI paradigms.
7. Advocate for continuous improvement, ensuring we offer unparalleled client experience.
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience performing data modeling activities in Power BI.
* 2+ years of experience writing DAX measures.
* Strong knowledge of T-SQL.
* Experience working with Microsoft BI tools (e.g., Visual Studio, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor).
* Critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
