Job Description
As a Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What You Will Do In This Role
- Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers according to their rights.
- Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with the treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
- Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
Your Qualifications
- High level of German (C1) and a good level of English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
