About the Position
As a specialist, you will provide customer support throughout the entire order process, handling inquiries related to online orders and ensuring data security in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries about delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues
* Communicate effectively with customers across various channels
* Maintain data security and adhere to internal procedures
* Collaborate with logistics and financial teams as needed
Requirements
* C2-level Swedish language skills and fluent English (C1)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
* Ability to work rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun)
* Prior experience in customer support or back-office is an asset
