What is a Foodriders Operations Manager? Foodriders attracts experienced leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. As an Operations Manager, you will immediately assume responsibility for overseeing daily operations, managing significant teams, and driving exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with executive chefs, mentors, and training staff, quickly becoming an integral leader within our dynamic team. From day one, you'll lead by example, set operational standards, and contribute directly to the success and growth of our brand.

Who We're Looking For: Our ideal candidates are: Experienced: 3+ years in a restaurant management role, overseeing teams of 10+ members per shift. Your Role & Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading your team and shaping the customer experience. Your responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team Development:

* Recruit, train, and develop team members to excel and grow within the company.

Operations & Customer Experience:
* Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations at high volume.
* Ensure exceptional service and seamless customer interactions.
* Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
* Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards.
Business & Performance Management:
* Drive sales, revenue, and operational efficiency.
* Optimize scheduling for cost-effectiveness and quality service.
* Proactively address operational challenges and implement solutions.
* Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance management for staff.
