Job Description

1. Opening New Customer Accounts:

* Build and establish your target customer list,
* Develop your customer portfolio via email, phone, and social networks,
* Prospect potential clients,
* Present our solutions and facilitate their adoption,
* Collaborate with the growth team to identify cross-selling opportunities within your portfolio.

2. Community Acquisition and Customer Growth:

Develop and maintain a community of external partners (freelancers, consulting firms, recruitment agencies, staffing agencies, partners) to meet customer requirements and expand your business scope:

* Activate, develop, and retain your community of partners,
* Ensure the match between customer needs and provider proposals (from recruitment to payment),
* Maintain good relationships with partners and customers,
* Monitor ongoing projects within your scope,
* Manage the financial aspects of your profit center.

Candidate Profile:

* Master’s degree with a strong academic background,
* Intrapreneurial mindset, motivated to grow LittleBig Connection in a new country,
* Results-driven and success-oriented,
* Excellent communication skills,
* Ability to get things done,
* Fluent in Portuguese and English,
* Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus for productivity enhancement.
