FIRMA is looking for a full-time Senior Client Partner
We are a branding communication agency focusing on strategic consulting with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people.
As a Senior Client Partner, you will manage multiple accounts and ensure clients derive maximum value from our services, driving impact through client engagement, strategic guidance, and successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
• Prepare implementation plans, lead client onboarding, and work closely with clients to identify specific needs, including content approval workflows.
• Advise on best practices for solutions and setup, while building strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, while identifying new business opportunities within your existing accounts.
• Co-create new business proposals in collaboration with the Growth team, coordinating internal inputs—including strategy, creativity, and production—to build clear and executable offers.
• Track revenue and profitability across assigned clients and projects, anticipating deviations and proposing action plans regarding scope, timing, and resourcing to protect both margin and delivery quality.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years experience minimum required.
- Significant experience in agencies, branding and communication
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks
- Ability of scoping all types of digital projects and defining resource needs, activities and estimating duration
- Proactively manage client relations
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, partners and team members
- Very organized an with attention to detail
- Interest in digital trends and innovative technologies
- Fluent Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is a must. Catalan desirable.
