Your Mission
As an
Application Production Support Expert
you willensure the
stability performance and continuous improvement
ofbusiness-critical applications.
You will act both
reactively
(incident resolution)and
proactively
(automation monitoring performance tuning)guaranteeing high-quality service and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide
functional and technical application support
Manage
incidents problems and releases
Coordinate and supervise
technical operations
Implement and improve
monitoring solutions
Define and maintain
operating procedures & runbooks
Perform
application technical integration
Conduct
performance analysis and optimization
Supervise infrastructure operations (hardware & software)
Support infrastructure design and production deployment
Ensure compliance with
ITIL/ITSM processes
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Expertise Required
Linux & Systems
Strong hands-on experience with
Linux (RHEL 7/8 SLES Ubuntu)
System administration troubleshooting performance tuning
Kernel parameter adjustments
Databases
Proficiency in
SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle MS SQL)
Query optimization & execution plan analysis
Basic DBA tasks (roles backups user management)
Scripting & Automation
Bash / Python
(PowerShell is a plus)
Log parsing health checks remediation scripts
DevOps &Infrastructure
Ansible
(playbooks roles CI/CD integration)
Basic knowledge of
Terraform / Helm
(nice to have)
Experience in
Cloud environment support
Docker & Kubernetes
(basic debugging & logs)
Monitoring &Observability
Dynatrace
(agent configuration dashboards root cause analysis)
Knowledge of
Prometheus / Grafana
