Operations Director
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a strategic project in logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and overseeing initiatives that drive operational and technological improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate logistics-related projects ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and effective budget management.
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams including communication with French-speaking stakeholders.
* Analyze requirements, define project plans, monitor progress and performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
* Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project delivery throughout all phases.
* Contribute to process optimization and the implementation of new solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Operations Director preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
* Fluency in French spoken and written mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Agile and/or Waterfall.
* Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with international teams in dynamic environments.
