The Role We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on and proactive Hotel Pre-Opening Coordinator to support and coordinate the implementation of the pre-opening plan for Spatia Melides.
This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys structure, follow-up, organization and teamwork, and who can help ensure that all departments, suppliers and operational workstreams are ready for the hotel opening.
Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of the hotel pre-opening plan Track timelines, tasks, responsibilities and deadlines Coordinate with ownership, management, consultants, suppliers and future department heads Follow up on procurement, OS&E, equipment, installations and operational supplies Help prepare department readiness plans, checklists and opening schedules Support recruitment, onboarding and training coordination Assist with SOPs, operational procedures and service standards Organize meetings, minutes, task lists and progress updates Identify delays, missing items and operational gaps Support trial runs, soft-opening preparation and the first weeks of operation Profile Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, project coordination or luxury service environments Strong organizational and follow-up skills Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented Good communication skills and team spirit Comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time Proactive and solution-oriented Fluent in English; Portuguese strongly valued Confident using Excel, task trackers and basic project management tools Previous hotel opening experience is a plus, but not mandatory We Offer The opportunity to be part of the opening of a new luxury hotel in Melides Direct exposure to a major hospitality development project A dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment Competitive compensation A role with continuity beyond the opening phase, supporting the ongoing development and operations of the group Potential for professional growth across future hospitality and real estate projects within the group #J-*****-Ljbffr
