Delivering high-quality documentation is at the core of this role. You will play a vital part in creating instruction manuals, articles, and other supporting documents that effectively communicate complex technical information.
This position involves ensuring project teams understand the scope and functionalities of each project, elaborating technical documentation to support production, installation, operation, and maintenance, managing the development and publishing of documentation, reviewing published documentation, proposing improvements to existing documentation, publishing and classifying produced documentation, coordinating with product managers on technical specifications, creating and maintaining the information architecture, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
The ideal candidate for this role should have more than 4 years of experience in the field, expertise in using Confluence for documentation, a team player attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
