ROLE AND LOCATION
We are looking for a
People Technician
to join our team in
Mortágua, Portugal
.
This role is central in supporting HR activities, with a particular focus on
recruitment and talent acquisition
, helping us attract, hire, and support the best professionals in the industry.
Main Responsabilities
* Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job adverts to onboarding new hires.
* Support the coordination of training and development activities.
* Ensure accurate and compliant employee documentation management.
* Partner with colleagues on offboarding processes.
* Assist with the performance appraisal cycle.
* Provide support across all HR administrative tasks.
* Collaborate on the organisation of internal events and engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
* Degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psicology, or other relevant area.
* Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration (in-house or agency).
* English proficiency (B1 minimum) - this skill will be assessed during the recruitment process.
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools and ATS software.
