IT also plays a lead role in ensuring continuous optimization and cybersecurity of our company processes.
Our IT Department - Global Information Technologies (GIT) is looking for a IBP SAP Internal Consultant to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
The IBP SAP internal Consultant's role is to support and enrich our IBP SAP core model in the Supply Chain domain. You will support the global organization in the implementation of processes and tools, and act as a IBP expert bridge between the Business stakeholders and GIT for IBP and Supply Chain business processes. You will contribute to innovation and improvement opportunities in the Supply Chain domain (Machine learning, artificial intelligence, Digital Transformation, IBP roadmap innovations). Main Missions and Results:
1. Act as internal SAP expert link for your domain : lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the corresponding modules/tools in close cooperation with Users Community and Technical Teams; Support the Functional Design Team Leader in developing and enhancing the IBP core system.
2. Be the functional expert for worldwide used tools and workflows;
3. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
4. Manage Service requests, support Supply Chain on Incident reporting when necessary, understanding the incident root cause and helping to define corrective actions.
5. Participate in Projects and Conduct meetings with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define requirements and system goals, and identify and resolve system issues.; Support integration activities for data migration, interfaces and data warehouse.
6. Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new applications & functionalities, and other post-implementation support.
7. Create business requirement documents and technical specifications for Supply Chain areas, planning, and monitoring change requests process within Global Information Systems.

What we are looking for:
12. A degree in economics, (industrial-)engineering, informatics or equivalent qualification;
13. At least 2 years of professional experience in SAP IBP Module, ideally as an IBP Consultant or part of an SAP Support chain (with customizing and hands-on experience in the key IBP SAP functionalities);
14. Expertise in at least one of the following Supply Chain processes: Demand planning, Sales&Operations planning, Production Planning and Scheduling) would be preferred;
15. Experience in project management or project mode is appreciated.
16. Fluency in English (mandatory);
17. Strong customer orientation and Good communication skills preferably in an international environment;
18. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is a plus
