Customer Service Italian Speaker (Remote in Portugal)
Location: Remote (within Portugal)
Start Date: 3rd July 2025
Contract Type: CDD 6 months
Remote Work: Yes, within Portugal (relocation support available if you're moving from abroad)
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
* Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
* Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day
Salary & Benefits:
* Base Salary: 1,024 per 14 months
* Bonus: 225 per 12 months
* Relocation Support: Offered if moving to Portugal
* Type of Employment: Full-time, remote inside Portugal
Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
* Good level of English
* Previous customer service experience is a plus
* Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal
