We are looking for a Financial P&L Controller with:
Experience in accounting control, including P&L reconciliation, sensitive accounts justification, and alignment with Operations.
Ability to analyse breaks, assess operational/financial risks, and follow up on discrepancies with timely escalation when required.
Experience supporting closing processes (pre-closing, closing, post-closing) with clear communication across stakeholders.
A continuous-improvement mindset to strengthen controls, reduce manual adjustments, and enhance processes and systems.
Ability to formalize procedures, support onboarding, and contribute to team documentation and training materials.
Experience participating in finance-systems projects (e.G., general ledger migrations, requirements, testing, controls, post-go-live validation).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Oracle Essbase, compliance tools, and fluent English.

Level of Experience : Mid (3 to 6 years)
Salary Package & Benefits : €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
