At Smart consulting we are seeking aPersonal Data Protection Analystto take the lead on daily GDPR business-as-usual activities within the1st Line of Defense (1LoD).
The role involves supporting clients in achieving their compliance objectives withPrivacy by Design principlesand other data protection requirements, while closely interacting with the Central Data Office, the 1LoD SPOC network, and the 2LoD DPC/DPO network.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure project validation processes comply withPrivacy by Designprinciples and support Project Managers on data protection activities;
Manage incomingexternal and internal requests through theGDPR service desk inbox, includingData Subject Rights Requests;
Publish periodic GDPR desk reports and manage a dedicatedSharePoint space;
Contribute to spreading a strongculture of personal data protectionacross the organization;
Develop and sharebest practiceswith the broader data protection network.
? Required Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum of 4years of professional experience, including significant experience inData Privacy / GDPR;
Solidacademic or professional backgroundin EU GDPR (mandatory);
Knowledge of other global privacy laws and regulations is considered a plus.
Technical Skills
Full proficiency in theMS Office suite;
Familiarity withproject management tools and methodologies.
Language Skills
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).
