We are looking for Digital Platforms & Projects Specialist to join our Nespresso Business Acceleration team.
As part of this team, this role acts as a strategic IS/IT partner, aligning business needs with effective technology solutions across ERP system (NesSoft) and digital platforms. You will translate business needs into concrete requirements, driving their successful deployment and adoption through collaboration with functions, agility, and continuous improvement.

Enable Business Value through IS/IT Partnership
• Act as a strategic partner to business areas, ensuring IS/IT solutions align with business priorities and deliver value;
• Collaborate with business functions to identify opportunities and recommend digital process improvements;
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and facilitate effective solution delivery;
• Provide high-quality support through Help Desk and ticketing systems, managing incidents and escalations;
• Conduct root cause analysis for sustainable issue resolution;
• Deliver user training and maintain documentation for effective IS/IT solution adoption;
• Diagnose end-user issues and implement corrective actions to enhance performance and user experience.
Optimize ERP Capabilities (NesSoft)
• Configure and maintain local ERP systems to align with global standards and support business initiatives;
• Lead or assist with ERP upgrades, new developments, and global rollouts, ensuring market relevance;
• Coordinate testing to validate solutions against defined requirements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs and pain points into actionable ERP requirements;
• Provide clear requirement specifications, support impact assessments, and guide execution;
• Communicate solution options and ensure quality through documentation, training, and implementation support.
Deliver Digital & IS/IT Projects with Excellence
• Serve as the market Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for cross-functional collaboration with global, digital, and operational hubs, driving deployments and improvements;
• Lead the deployment and enhancement of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy;
• Utilize agile project management for structured execution and timely value delivery, promoting continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration;
• Contribute to documentation, process definition, and user training to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption.
Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor technology trends and emerging practices (Agile, PM), sharing insights with key stakeholders;
• Enhance efficiency and competitiveness by recommending and implementing digital solutions and tools.
Strengthen Governance, Security & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé & Nespresso policies, legal, and regulatory requirements in all IS/IT activities;
• Monitor threats and manage risks, communicating exposure levels to stakeholders;
• Implement and track IS/IT control activities, adapting them to business and regulatory changes;
• Support supplier governance by ensuring vendor compliance with policies and contracts;
• Translate legal and corporate requirements into actionable and auditable IS/IT controls;
• Collaborate with Procurement to ensure effective and compliant third-party partnerships.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or IT related, or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience:
• 3+ years of experience in IS/IT roles within a business-facing environment, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries;
• Relevant certifications are valued (e.g. ITIL, Agile/Scrum, PMP, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP or ERP-related certifications);
• Proven experience in supporting and optimizing ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NesSoft), including configuration, testing, and user support;
• Hands-on involvement with digital tools (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot) is a strong asset;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Autonomous and self-motivated;
• Operationally «hands on» and problem solving.
