We are looking for ahighly skilled and motivated Business Analystfor a challenging project
What you'll do:
- Analyze business needs and market trends, proposing sustainable IT solutions in alignment with strategic goals.
- Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Engage and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to define and validate new IT requirements.
- Assess potential impacts of new IT implementations and ensure they are effectively addressed.
- Oversee the implementation of new IT features and changes in the Production environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of newly implemented IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business expectations and recommending adjustments if necessary.
- Supervise data sourcing processes, analyze rejected data, and communicate findings to stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure compliance with data security, IT risks, and cybersecurity standards.
- Utilize BPMN methodologies to model, analyze, and optimize business processes for improved efficiency and performance.
What you will need to bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business/Functional Analysis;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process and Architecture Modeling and Analysis;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis techniques, including interviews, actor identification, UML, system interfaces, and BPMN for business process modeling
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in French (is a plus)
- Experience working in Agile environments.
